Not medical advice
Everything on Is Peptide Safe? is general educational information about published evidence and regulatory records. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a recommendation for or against using any substance. No clinician–patient relationship is created by reading it.
A reference page cannot know what matters most about your situation: your medical history, your current medications and their interactions, your kidney and liver function, whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or what you are actually trying to treat. Those are exactly the things that determine whether any drug is safe for a particular person. Decisions about any peptide — including the ones with regulatory approval — belong with a licensed clinician who has that information.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to an emergency department. Do not wait on anything you read here.
No products, no sellers, no commercial links
This site sells nothing. It does not take orders, recommend sellers or suppliers, rate sources of supply, or carry affiliate, referral or sponsored links. No entry is paid for and no verdict is for sale.
That independence is enforced in the build rather than asserted here: external links are limited to a fixed allowlist of regulators and research publishers, and the deploy fails if a link outside that list appears anywhere in the source. If you find a link on this site that is not a regulator or a primary research source, it is a bug — please report it.
Why there are no instructions here
We deliberately publish no amounts, schedules, titration, cycling or administration instructions, for approved drugs and unapproved compounds alike. For approved drugs, that information belongs on the official product label and with the prescriber who knows the patient. For unapproved compounds, no such information has been established in humans at all, and publishing a figure would lend it a legitimacy the evidence does not support.
Accuracy and limits
Entries are written from primary sources and carry the date they were last checked. Even so: regulatory decisions change, trials report, labels are revised, and safety signals emerge. An entry can be accurate on its date and out of date by the time you read it. Where an entry and a current official label or regulator notice disagree, the official source governs — not this site.
We also do not claim completeness. The literature on some of these compounds is thin and scattered, and on others it is large enough that any summary is a summary. Every entry links its sources so you can read the original rather than relying on our reading of it.
Nothing here is described as safe, risk-free, proven or guaranteed. Where we write that a risk has not been reported, that means no published report was found — not that the risk does not exist. For most unapproved peptides, no harm has been reported because no one has systematically looked.
Legal status information
Regulatory status as of October 2026. Each entry states the date its regulatory status was last checked, and that date is the only one it speaks for.
The legal status sections describe, in general terms, how the FDA and Health Canada treat a substance as of the entry's date. They are a summary of a regulatory position, not legal advice, and they do not address state, provincial, professional, sporting or employment rules, which frequently differ. Import and personal-possession rules in particular vary and change. For anything with legal consequences, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
No liability
This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. You are responsible for your own health decisions, and for seeking professional advice before making them.
Medical review status
No clinician has reviewed this site yet, and so no “medically reviewed by” credit appears anywhere on it. The credit is wired to a single configuration value and renders only once a named, credentialed reviewer is set — we would rather show nothing than imply a review that has not happened. Read the entries alongside their cited primary sources, and treat them as a map to those sources rather than as a substitute for professional advice.
